For all orders to <€ 225="" -="" you="" will="" pay="" span="">€ 14.95 postage.
Shipping costs are inclusive of VAT.

Landré Webshop trying to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, the speed depends on the availability and some articles of the production time. an estimate of the delivery time indicated on the webshop. if you want an exact indication altid please contact us.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3-10 working days. This is dependent on the stock and which payment method you choose, if not in stock you will receive within one working day of this notice.
It is possible to pick up your order in Vianen [UT]. Once your order is ready for you, we will call or email contact you for an appointment.

"Cancel & Returns"


The cancellation of an order until it has been processed, for free.

If Landré Webshop already received a payment from you, we will show the purchase price, after receipt of the return, refund to you. The shipping costs will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and leave unopened by the deliverer).
RETURN / cooling
Consumers have a cooling off period of 14 days without giving a reason to return the product, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions here include custom products / customization. The product can only be returned unused and in original, undamaged packaging. For more information, see Article 6   our terms and conditions.
We recommend to choose to return for a package service with Track & Trace.

All cancellations, returns and exchanges must be in writing to Landré Webshop to be announced. For this please use our T icketsysteem into your account or send us an email. Please mention this at least your full name and order number and the articles that you wish to cancel, return or exchange. To improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason. You are here, of course, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act does not oblige.

For the repayment of money paid (in advance), we also need your bank account. Customers from Belgium should also mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Note: the account you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account from which you have made the payment to Landré Service. This because of possible fraud refunds.
