Payment Methods

Landré online store offers the following payment options:

• Bank transfer receipt of the payment order will be sent according to the shipping time.
• iDeal
• Credit card
• Payment by invoice (only for registered companies and only after approval) Landré-webshop has at all times the right to refuse or amend this payment method in another payment without giving motivation for this.

According to the FPT Conditions in the general conditions:

Article 4.

4.1 All agreements are entered into with the buyer by the seller on condition that the buyer appears to be sufficiently creditworthy.

4.2 If the buyer can not provide sufficient guarantees in respect of its obligations arising from the sale, the seller is entitled, without notice and without judicial intervention, suspend the execution of this agreement (s) for a maximum of six months to suspend either in whole or dissolve partially, without that he pay any compensation or warranty

will be held and without prejudice to his other rights. During the suspension, the seller is authorized and at the end of it he is obligated to choose execution or complete or partial dissolution of the suspended agreement (s).

4.3 All payments must be made, unless otherwise agreed in writing, within 30 (thirty) days from date of delivery within the Netherlands or after the goods ready for delivery are reported to have been in possession of the seller. The payments must be made without deduction of discounts or setoff. When exceeding the payment by more than 3 (three) business days the seller is entitled to charge interest charge equal to the statutory interest increased by three (3) percentage points per year, and all costs of any collection. Any prior warning or notice is not required.

4.4 Seller shall be entitled to default on payment security (and) demand, to demand or supply exclusively COD partial or full payment in advance.

: 4.5 Complaints regarding calculated prices and other remarks concerning invoices within 14 (fourteen) days after the invoice date in writing. Failing which the seller is not obliged to honor this advertisement.

4.6 In case of bankruptcy, death or receivership

the buyer, and in the event of distress or execution in all or part of its assets or income, or is appointed in the case of receivership and if an administrator about him, the entire claim or contract will or the remainder of it immediately entirely due.

4.7 The purchaser before full payment or settlement is not authorized to pledge the goods to third parties or their ownership transferred.
